2020 Top Remodelers: Cost-Per-Lead for Full-Service and Specialty Firms

Full-service firms spent nearly a third more per lead on average than replacement and specialty contractors.

In 2019, full-service firms spent on average 28% more per lead than the average amount spent by replacement contractors. The difference was even greater among the top third of firms, in which full-service firms spent on average 30% more per lead than those in the top third of the replacement category.
