She shares what it was like when she first began working in the industry, the importance of having woman-owned companies, encouraging more women to enter the field, and what can be done to do so.
We can encourage women in high school and college and trust them to start getting into business. There’s a lot of different avenues we can take — when you’re asking people to apply for a job, [say] “Women are encouraged to apply.”
