Now and then, it’s a good idea to put yourself on the spot with some key questions about how you do (or don’t) run your business. If you answer them honestly, you can learn a lot about what make your business flourish or flounder. This being as good a time as any, let me start off with a toughie: Do you have the guts at the end of a project to ask your clients what they think you could have done better or more effectively?
