Strictly Business: A Cohesive Tool Policy Boosts Productivity

My company recently appointed a crew member as “tool czar” in an effort to lend cohesion and uniformity to our overall tool policy. This came about from working with my crews to replace the inconsistent policies that I periodically made up and then ignored at will.
