A Stupid Simple Shop Drawing Stand

Simple? Yes. Stupid? No; it’s actually quite smart.

1 MIN READ

Check out the clever stand Malcolm McGrath built for use in his shop. Under the right circumstances I could see using something like this at any table saw or cut station where it is necessary to refer to shop drawings and plans or keep track of a whole bunch of dimensions. You know how it is; you put papers down as you move around the shop and the next thing you know you can’t find them. With a stand such as this that’s not going to happen—and you can keep them where they are easy to see.
