A Smart-Connected Home

I’ve been a raving fan of Panasonic bath fans for years now. Its 80-cfm bath exhaust fan is the gold standard among custom builders, and I’ve often installed the company’s WhisperComfort Spot ERV in the homes I’ve built that are smaller than 2,000 square feet.

But this year, at the International Builders Show, Panasonic unveiled a bunch of cool products that comprise the new Panasonic Smart Connected Home system – the first “smart home” system that I know of that includes ventilation and IAQ components.

For more on this line, check out my recently published review of Panasonic’s brand-new Intelli-Balance 100 ERV, which works in all climates and can be adjusted to various cfms, in and out.
