August’s Remodeling 550 report showed which full-service remodelers were the nation’s biggest, but it didn’t provide a historical perspective. These two tables do. Taken together, they show the rise and fall in revenues since 2008 as remodelers struggled to stay afloat during the Great Recession. But if their forecast for 2013 holds true, this will be a great year. Unfortunately, in both 2011 and 2012, forecasts exceeded actual results.
