Barrette Buys DuraLife

Barrette Outdoor Living recently announced that it has acquired DuraLife’s decking and railing brands and assets from Integrity Composites LLC. According to a press release, the acquisition will allow Barrette to expand its decking products portfolio and continue its growth as a market leader in the outdoor living products category. Barrette is headquartered in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, Canada, with US sales and marketing based in Cleveland, Ohio. DuraLife is based in Biddeford, Maine, where the brand and operations will remain unchanged. Terms of the sale were not announced.
