What type of educational programming is most effective for our industry?

Turning the tide on the lack of skilled labor in the construction industry will require a many pronged educational approach. JLC would like to hear from you about which type of programs you think would work best, and where you are placing your bets – not just with your opinion, but with your active participation in private, school-based or community-based educational programs.
