Laura Britt Design home – Gradients of Green is a LEED-Platinum certified singl- family home that referenced the WELL Building Standard in its design for a healthy, sustainable, net positive energy home.

MLK Mixed Use project – The MLK mixed use project is 24,000 square feet, using modular, wood frame technology for the first time in Austin to provide an affordable, infill housing solution. The modules were delivered to the site 70% complete to allow this proof-of-concept project to be completed in just five days.

B-Austin – This new Austin community is built on tomorrow’s standards for solar electricity, EV charging, rainwater collection, and gray water recycling. B-Austin offers 14 modern apartment homes sustainably designed to also include a zero waste program, community gardens, and other amenities to sustain your health and well-being.
