Installed Building Products (IBP), an installer of insulation and complementary building products, has announced the acquisition of Trademark Roofing and Gutters. Trademark provides roofing and gutter installation services in the residential construction market and has two Raleigh, N.C., locations.
IBP manages all aspects of the installation process for its customers, including direct purchases of materials, supply of materials to job sites, and installation. The acquisition is one of eight IBP have made during 2018 that represent approximately $52 million of acquired revenues. The Columbus-based company plans to continue its acquisitions across multiple geographies, products, and end markets, according to a news release.
“We are extremely excited to announce our first acquisition in the roofing installation end market. This is part of our longstanding strategy to add complementary installation services that expands our end markets and deepens our relationship with builders,” IBP said in the news release.
