Brantford, Ontario-based TruNorth Deck says it has purchased the Clubhouse Decking business, including its manufacturing equipment, inventory, trademarks, and patents. Tapco shut down its Clubhouse operations in August 2017, less than 2 years after acquiring the capped cellular PVC decking manufacturer from Deceuninck North America.
According to TruNorth, production will take place at their 17-acre production and distribution facility that it shares with EPL Plastics, which recycles and processes over 200 million pounds of plastics annually. TruNorth says that manufacturing operations are under way, and that is now accepting orders for Spring delivery of the decking. Read more.
