BlueStar. The Inspired by Marcus line of 30- and 36-inch–wide ranges was developed with celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson. The French-door configuration allows for easy loading and unloading, while a 12-inch French top offers variable heat zones. The French top can be replaced with a griddle, char broiler, or two extra burners. Burner outputs range from 18,000 to 22,000 BTU.
