Can You Tell the Difference Between a Building Material and Its Lookalike?

Take this quiz to find out

1 MIN READ

Every day, you and your staff work with wood, marble, tile, and stone to create your clients’ dream home. You can easily tell the difference between oak and cedar. With a cursory glance, you know which slab is granite and which is quartz. Manufacturers of other products have taken to mimicking these building materials for years. Now, the quality of the replicas have gotten so good, it’s often hard to tell the real deal from the knockoff. Water bottles have a wood grain pattern, phone cases look like they’re made of marble, and shower curtains resemble brick walls.

The short quiz below will test your ability to spot products masquerading as real materials. Leave your results in the comments below!
