The Quintessential Wood-Fired Pizza Oven for outdoor kitchens has two pizza shelves, a wood-burning chamber, temperature controls, and heats up in 15 to 20 minutes, the maker says. Two oven models constructed from pure solid steel, stainless steel, and fire brick are available: the QX-D measures 36¼ inches wide, 18½ inches deep, and 11¼ inches high, while the smaller QX-C is 18½ inches wide, 18½ inches deep, and 10 inches high.
