Seek Thermal has created a handheld thermal camera for professional use. The Seek Shot and Seek ShotPro cameras allow users to detect heat sources— including leaks, electrical shorts, mechanical faults, and energy loss—inside or around walls without damaging the envelope. Its touchscreens allow the user to capture images in a number of colors or use the device’s “SeekFusion technology” to adjust the blend between visible and thermal images. The Seek Shot features a 206×156 thermal sensor, while the Seek ShotPro features a 320×240 sensor. Both measure temperatures from -40°F to 626°F. The Seek Shot retails for $500, and the Seek
