Tamko’s line of Balcony/Breezeway waterproofing products is specifically designed to help prevent water intrusion at exposed balcony and breezeway areas, the company says. The line includes TWP-2 Water-Based Primer and TWP-1 Quick-Dry Primer for prepping OSB decks, as well as TW-60 Sheet Waterproofing Membrane (for application over the deck), TW-105 Flashing, and TWM-1 Mastic. The membrane is made with a quick-release film for easy roll-out. Tamko says it designed the system to cut down on installation time by eliminating the need for corner metal flashings.
