LP Building Solutions’ pre-finished SmartSide ExpertFinish Trim & Siding is now available for purchase, with standard finishes in a choice of sixteen colors.

The new series is available in a variety of SmartSide SKUs, and features LP’s ExpertFinish Lap siding profile, which eliminates the need for seam caulking, joint molds or pan flashing at butt joints during installation. Its durability matches existing LP SmartSide products, with a 5-year labor, 15-year finish and 50-year substrate warranty.

Standard pre-finish colors include cool grays and blues (Snowscape White, Desert Stone, Sand Dunes, Quarry Gray), creams and tans (Shoreline Cream, Marshland Moss, Prairie Clay, Terra Brown), and darker blue, gray and brown tones (Timberland Suede, Canyon Brown, Redwood Red, Tundra Gray, Cavern Steel, Summit Blue, Rapids Blue, and Abyss Black).

“LP® SmartSide Trim & Siding is already easier to install. Now, we are making it even easier by offering it in prefinished color options that eliminate the painting phase in the construction process,” says Sarah Caperton, LP SmartSide product manager. “We’re proud of the advanced durability that LP SmartSide siding products already provide, and we’re constantly working to innovate the manufacturing process to improve upon our portfolio. The release of LP SmartSide ExpertFinish Trim & Siding is another example of LP’s dedication to expanding our product offerings.” lpcorp.com
