For House Fifty Two’s New Tile, ‘Swell’ Says It All

From bright to beachy, Swell's organic edges and matte finish fill a gap in glass mosaics

Newly launched lifestyle brand House Fifty Two by Erin Adams is introducing its Swell tile collection featuring colorful stained glass weathered with a proprietary grit blend. The sophisticated matte finish, playful colors, and organic shapes make Swell suitable for kitchen and bath backsplashes, shower floors, pools and spas, fireplaces, and other creative applications.

“I was growing tired of dated glass tile and wanted to bring a light, soft, clean, fresh glass mosaic to the marketplace,” says Adams, founder and lead designer for House Fifty Two. “Swell was my answer. It looks as if the tile was swept up in the ocean tide for years. The color blends suit any array of spaces and tastes from spas to beach cottages to chic lofts.”

Within the mosaic, tile sizes vary, ranging from 1/4-by-2 1/4 inch, to 1×4-inch, to 1 3/4 inch squares, combined to make four mesh-backed patterns, including an offset of various sizes, small and large Zen weaves, and structured squares. Ten color options range from serene purples, grays, and blues in the Plush blend to mochas and dark chocolates in the Organic blend. House Fifty Two | 760.476.3606 | housefiftytwo.com
