Lightweight Tile Backer

Available in a 1/4-inch thickness for floors and a 1/2-inch thickness for walls, GoBoard is Johns Manville’s new ultra-lightweight waterproof tile backerboard. The maker looked to its polyisocyanurate commercial roofing panels as the basis for the new product, which is lighter than cement board and can be installed in residential and light-commercial tile applications.
