An update to the Delta-Vent S product, new Delta-Vent SA does away with mechanical fasteners in favor of a self-adhering membrane. The high-permeability material (50 perms) keeps out liquid water so it can serve as an air and water barrier. The design promotes fast draining and drying. The maker says Delta-Vent SA is the only vapor-permeable, self-adhering, air-and-water-resistive barrier evaluated and listed by the Air Barrier Association of America.
