The kitchen has become the center of life for families working, learning, and cooking from home. As a result, new-home buyers are looking for spaces that meet those needs, and for products that make their kitchens convenient, practical, beautiful, and comfortable. High-tech features are more ubiquitous in these spaces than ever. Voice- and motion-activated kitchen faucets offer contactless convenience, while Wi-Fi–enabled ranges include an array of high-end cooking modes, plus recipe guidance through connected apps. This preference for tech also extends to the bath, with the growing popularity of smart toilets and motion-controlled faucets.
