Paris, France-based THG Paris has added a new finish, PVD Blush, to its lineup of metallic finishes for select kitchen and bath faucets, accessories and towel warmers.

According to the manufacturer, the Blush tone forms a middle ground between copper and pink gold, versatile as a neutral tone in traditional or contemporary environments. The new finish is applied through a “physical vapor deposition” process, or PVD, which uses a plasma spray to fuse the finish to the product – unlike a surface coating, such as a powder coat finish. According to the manufacturer, the resulting finish is long-lasting, scratch proof, corrosion and household-chemical resistant, and tarnish-free.

THG Paris collections now available in PVD Blush include Beluga, a contemporary collection with squared edges; Les Ondes, which features a crystal-faceted base and trident handles; Saint-Germain, inspired after mid-century French factory and workshop design; and Spirit, a transitional collection with a ‘clean, classic design’.

A matte blush PVD finish is also available for THG Paris products. Additional PVD finishes include matte nickel, matte brass, varnished matte antique red copper, and matte brown bronze. thg-paris.com
