Screen Tight’s heavy-duty MeshGuard porch screening system is engineered to withstand up to 50 pounds per square foot of pressure, the company says. The vinyl extrusions used with the company’s MeshGuard polyester screening are reinforced with galvanized steel strips that act as elongated washers to prevent the extrusions from pulling away from the framing under load.
