CertainTeed’s LokkLatch magnetic gate hardware features hidden fasteners, a magnetic latching action, and six-pin re-keyable locks. An ergonomic push-pull handle operates and locks the latch from both sides.
The hardware can be adjusted vertically and horizontally and requires only a single drilled hole for installation, according to the manufacturer, D&D Technologies. It fits any metal, wood, or vinyl gate post measuring from 1 1/2 to 6 inches square.
Made from molded-polymer and stainless steel parts, the LokkLatch is available in a black finish with optional chrome, buff, or black decorative trim. It comes with a limited lifetime warranty and sells online for about $80.
