Designed for structurally sound deck boards that need a little freshening up, Deck Crown is a textured PVC cap just under 1/8 inch thick. The UV-protected material is manufactured in the U.S. with additives for resistance to stains, mold, and fading. The company recommends power-washing the existing decking, filling imperfections, and flattening high areas with a sander prior to installation. The cap can then be glued down and pressed into the adhesive with a roller; ends are tacked down with stainless finishing nails. Deck Crown is available in six colors.
