Armadillo Deck’s new Impressions line of deck boards has a hand-scraped look and comes in three colors: java, palomino and night fall. Like the company’s other composite deck products, these boards are a 50/50 mixture of high-density polyethylene plastics (HDPE) and recycled sawdust that is then wrapped in a protective polyethylene capstock to protect against fading, weathering, stains, mold, and mildew. The manufacturer says that the boards are fade and stain resistant and come with a limited lifetime warranty. They are available in 12-, 16-, and 20-foot lengths, with grooved or solid edge profiles. Fascia, riser, and 2×4 handrail boards are also available. armadillodeck.com
