The iLuma Under Rail Lighting Kit by i-lighting is designed to blend inconspicuously with all types of railing. Lighting strips in white or black polycarbonate are 5 millimeters in diameter (about 3/16 inch). They house LEDs, which outlast halogen and incandescent lamps and cost less to operate. The strips are attached with double-faced industrial tape. Each kit includes two light strips in lengths of 4, 6, or 8 feet, plus leads and snap-together connectors that simplify installation.
