Behr’s four Color Trends for 2013 include one inspired by color blocking, a popular fashion trend this decade that involves pairing bright colors, typically from opposite sides of the color wheel. In its “Color Metric” trend, Behr painted cabinets on one wall of a kitchen in electric blue and did another set in plum.
