If someone applies for a technical job, it would be difficult for that person to make any claim beyond their capacity and succeed in the job. We show them the work we have done or have in progress so they can see if they meet our technical requirements.
TRUST IS MOST IMPORTANT We want our hires to be a part of a long-term relationship. Integrity and demeanor are critical to success. Additional technical skills and specific techniques can be taught if the basic abilities exist. We cannot teach trust and personality.
