How Not to Use a Framing Nailer

You may find some humor in at least one of these two stories. The other will make you squirm.

These two stories are funny – kind of. There’s humor in the first one, at least from Scott Wadsworth’s telling of it. You’ll likely get a good laugh out of the second one. Though Wadsworth asserts that some of the nail-gun practices mentioned in the beginning “work great,” we obviously don’t recommend using them. Listen to what happened to a guy who did choose to lock down the trigger on his framing nailer. Given Wadsworth’s humor regarding the story, it’s safe to assume the worker mentioned did not suffer any life-altering injuries. The first story in particular is a good reminder of how dangerous a nailer can be.
