The only problem with this DIY-ish vac cart is that, well, it looks like it not only works great but solves all manner of problems with using R2D2 style shop vacuums.
Unless you’re using a backpack vac like Cliff Woodman in his review of the Milwaukee unit, you have to do all the stuff you already know you have to do with vacs: Lug it around, store it, change the filter, and more. With this setup, though, it looks like this guy has hacked the Matrix … a little. Check it out.
