Skilsaw had a new sidewinder on display at JLC Live in Providence last week called “Southpaw.” The new blade-left saw, which is nearly identical to the previously released SPT67WM, will be available in May. It, too, is a 7 1/4-inch saw that runs on a 15-amp motor at 5,300 rpm. The bevel capacity is 0–56 degrees and the saw has a magnesium shoe and guard. It will cost $129.
