The GLL 100 G self-leveling cross-line laser is the first green laser level from Bosch. As Bruce Greenlaw reported in his review of the DeWalt green-beam lasers, green diodes are traditionally more expensive but also provide a much higher rate of visibility. Green light lasers are up to four times brighter than traditional red beams, according to the company, so they provide more visibility in bright ambient light conditions. This laser has a working visibility range of 100 feet, so it is suitable for large rooms and long hallways. It has an accuracy of 1/8 inch over 33 feet and 3/8 inch over 100 feet. This level also features manual mode, so you can lock the line and set the level at any desired angle. The pendulum locks, helping to protect it from drops and falls.
