Milwaukee Tool will soon be launching new Ratchet & Socket Sets that come in a hard case with removable storage tray for placement in a drawer. These socket sets were nicely put together when I saw them at Milwaukee’s New Product Symposium this past May. They engineered for better access in tight spaces and maximum strength. Slim profile 90-tooth ratchets with 4° arc swing and wrench-compatible sockets are designed with four parallel flats to deter rolling. According to Milwaukee, they’re also optimized to reduce rounding and stripping of bolts and nuts. Both ratchet and socket sets have a chrome finish. To aide with visibility, socket labels are engraved on two of the flats to make them easier to identify and improve readability from multiple angles.
