It’s hard to get excited about certain tools, and large pry bars would probably fall under that category. But aren’t you glad when you’re using one that makes work way easier and more efficient? That’s the idea behind DeWalt’s latest large pry bar, called the Form Lifter (DWHT55051). At 60 inches long, it has a 5-inch-wide claw that’s great for working on large surfaces. So masons, concrete contractors, and general contractors might find a place for it in their trailers.

I got to see this in June at the DeWalt media event and was impressed by how lightweight it is. The shaft is hollow and, DeWalt says its oval shape adds to its rigidity. With a powder-coat finish and water-resistant seal cap on the end, it will resist rusting as well. It weighs approximately 20 lbs. and comes with a limited lifetime warranty. COO: Mexico. Cost: $100 dewalt.com
