Work Gloves Go High-Tech

18 MIN READ

The Devil Is in the Details

The fingers of gloves are traditionally made from two pieces of material, sewn together up the sides and over the top, creating a seam directly on your fingertip, the most sensitive part of the hand. To avoid this, some of the gloves use a rollover, seamless design. To get the seamless fingertip, you have to cut a piece of material in an hourglass shape, wrap it over the finger, and stitch it all around. It costs more to do, but the result is a far more comfortable, more durable glove.
