Ron Paulk is always looking for ways to improve tool storage and workstations so that he can be more efficient and better at what he does. As extreme as it might seem, keeping sanding discs organized is no exception.

Keeping sanding discs organized might seem like more trouble than it’s worth, but Ron sees it otherwise. He estimates that he spends about a minute every time he goes to find a particular grit from the sanding disc drawer in his trailer.

He came up with a really easy, ingenious solution for storing the discs so that they can be organized and accessed easily. What’s more, you can take inventory of what grits you’re low on and also accommodate new packs that require more room. Check out the video for an in-depth look.
