Probably the most underrated part of any interior remodeling job is refinishing the floors. Too few contractors appreciate the skill required to do the job right. But transforming a grimy, seemingly damaged wood floor into a smooth, gleaming plane really puts the shine on a job. Refinishing an existing floor is simple in concept, but difficult to execute.
